What You Need to Know
If your application is still in progress and has not been submitted to the government, you can request a change directly through our system. For full instructions, visit How to Request a Change on Your Application.
If your application has already been submitted, changes are no longer possible. In this case, you may need to submit a new application. If you purchased Reapply & Rejection Protection, sherpa° will submit a corrected application free of charge if necessary.

Review all information carefully before submitting your application. If you notice an error, contact sherpa° right away. Acting quickly gives us the best chance of resolving the issue before the application is processed.
