What You Need to Know
While most Canadian eTAs are processed within minutes, some may take several days due to government volume, holidays, or additional document reviews. Sherpa° monitors each application and will notify you if the government requires more information or if there’s an update to your application status.
Our Recommendation
Check your email inbox and spam folder for any updates. Confirm that the email address and passport details you entered are correct. If it’s been more than 72 hours since your application was submitted and you haven’t received any updates, please contact our support team. You can submit a ticket here.
