If you purchased your eVisa or eTA through Sherpa°, you can check your status directly in your account.
Steps:
Log in to your Sherpa° account using the email address you used to purchase your visa.
Go to My Applications.
Select the eVisa or eTA application you're interested in.
View the current status and any updates.
