If you're experiencing issues while trying to pay for your application, don’t worry—there are a few common solutions that can help.
Payment Not Going Through?
We use Stripe to securely process payments. If your payment is being declined or failing to complete, try the following:
Double-check your card details: Make sure the number, expiration date, CVV, and postal/ZIP code are correct.
Postal code issues: Some users don’t see the postal code field until after entering their card number. If it doesn’t appear, re-enter your card number and wait a moment.
Try a different browser or device: Outdated browsers or mobile devices may prevent the payment page from working correctly.
Clear your cache and cookies: This often resolves display or functionality issues with the payment form.
International use: Confirm that your card is enabled for international or online transactions.
iDEAL not visible? iDEAL is only available if the application is started in Euros (EUR). If you began your application in a different currency, restart it in EUR to see iDEAL as an option.
Charged More Than Once?
If you see multiple charges on your bank statement but haven’t received confirmation, please reach out to us. Sometimes failed payments appear as pending and drop off after a few business days.
