🔄 What Can I Change?
Before your application is submitted to the government, you can request updates such as:
✅ Correcting a spelling or typo
📆 Updating your arrival date, accommodation, or travel purpose
🛂 Uploading a new passport or updated documents
💡 Once your application is submitted to the government, no changes can be made. This option will no longer appear.
🚀 How to Request a Change
Go to the My Applications page and select your order.
Click “Request change.”

Choose the reason for the change:
Spelling error
Calendar date error
New passport
Change in travel plans
Other
Enter additional details if needed
Click Submit
Your application will be put on hold while our team reviews your request.

Once submitted:

Confirm the change has been made
Let you know if a new application is required
