If you've applied for more than one eVisa or eTA in a single order, it's completely normal to receive them at different times.
🕒 Why This Happens
Many governments process each eVisa application separately, even when submitted together. This means:
- One traveller’s eVisa might be approved sooner than another’s
- Approvals may be affected by government working hours, weekends, or holidays
- Additional screening or verification may delay some applications
📩 When Will I Get the Rest?
We send each eVisa or eTA as soon as it’s approved. If your travel dates are still a few days away, there’s likely no cause for concern.
Please allow a few business days before contacting us; most travellers receive their remaining eVisas or eTA shortly after the first one.
