If your middle name appears on your passport, you should enter it in the same field as your first name, with a space in between.
✍️ Example
If your passport reads:
Given Name: John Michael
Surname: Smith
Then enter:
First/Given Name field: John Michael
Last/Surname field: Smith
⚠️ Why It Matters
Your eVisa or eTA must match your passport exactly. Leaving out your middle name, even if it's minor, can lead to issues at immigration, such as delays or denied entry.
For a smooth trip, always ensure your application matches your official travel documents.
