Since your email address is used to deliver travel documents and status updates, we must verify your identity before making any changes. When you reach out, please include your Sherpa° order number (which begins with "SH"), the current email address on the order, and the new email address you would like to use.

To ensure a smooth verification process, please attach a copy of the photo page of your passport or a screenshot of your order confirmation. This allows our team to quickly confirm that the request is coming from the account holder and prevents delays in delivering your travel authorizations to the correct inbox.
