How to Access the Help Center with Your Account
Visit the Sherpa° Help Center.
Click Sign In in the top-right corner.
Use the same email address you used to create your Sherpa° account.
Verify your email with the one-time password we sent you via email.

Once signed in, you can:
Submit a new request for support.
Track the status of your submitted requests.
View your full request history.
