🔧 How to Fix It (Google Chrome)
Follow these steps to improve your browser’s performance and ensure Sherpa tools run smoothly:
1️⃣ Open Settings
Click the three-dot menu at the top-right corner of your Chrome browser, then select Settings.
2️⃣ Search for "Cache"
In the settings screen, use the search bar at the top to type in “cache”.
3️⃣ Clear Browsing Data
When prompted:
- Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files
- Click Clear data
🔁 Final Step
Once you’ve completed these steps:
- Refresh your browser
- Restart your eVisa application on Sherpa
