Whenever we navigate different websites, our browser continuously gathers data, which with time, will hurt the overall performance of your browser if you never clear it.
As a consequence, functions like date selection, payments and document uploads may not work properly in sherpa's eVisa application portal.
Gladly, this is an easier fix than it seems. Once you follow these steps, refresh your browser, and start your eVisa application over:
1️⃣ On the top right-hand corner of your Google Chrome, click the options button, then click settings
2️⃣ From there, type in "cache" in the search bar immediately at the top of the screen
3️⃣ In the Clear browsing data window, tick Cookies and other site data and Cache images and files, then click "Clear data"
Once you're done with the above, you should experience fewer navigation and function issues with your browser.
