If your travel date to South Korea changes, you usually do not need to update your eTA, but you should confirm that your authorization will still be valid for your new trip.
What You Need to Know
A South Korea eTA is generally valid for two years from approval, or until your passport expires, regardless of your intended travel dates. If you already have an approved eTA, you can typically use it for your new travel date as long as it remains valid. However, if you have not yet submitted your application, sherpa° will adjust the submission timing to align with your updated plans. If your eTA expires before your new trip, you will need to reapply.
Our Recommendation
Let sherpa° know about your new travel dates as soon as possible so we can help ensure your application or travel authorization is correctly managed.
A Quick Tip
Before traveling, always verify that your eTA is still valid for your updated travel dates to avoid complications at entry.
