If there is an error in key details such as your name, passport number, or date of birth, the Immigration Officer may request clarification or additional documents. Otherwise, you may need to submit a new application. If you purchased Re-apply Protection during checkout, sherpa° will resubmit a corrected application at no extra cost if the government portal allows.
