When staying with a family member or friend while visiting Uganda, the following additional documents are required:
- For your accommodation document, please provide an invitation letter from your host. This can be an email or typed letter from your host containing your name, their name, their address, the dates you’ll be staying with them, and a formal invitation for you to stay.
If you will be on safari or staying in camps, please include your itinerary from your tour company. This will typically include your dates of travel and the locations where you will be staying.
If you will be volunteering, please include the invitation letter provided by the volunteer company you will be volunteering with.
