The Dominican Republic eTicket is a digital form required for all travelers—both entering and leaving the country. It combines multiple declarations into a single online document, including:
Entry and exit immigration forms
Customs declarations
Health declarations
This digital process replaces the old paper forms and must be completed online before travel. Once submitted, travelers receive a QR code, which must be shown to authorities at the airport during check-in and upon arrival or departure.
