If you cannot access or complete the D’VIAJEROS form online, you can fill out a paper version upon arrival in Cuba.
What You Need to Know
The D’VIAJEROS form (https://dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/inicio) is required for all travelers entering Cuba and must normally be completed online within 7 days of arrival. After submitting the form, travelers receive a QR code by email to present at the airport.
If you are unable to complete the form online due to internet access issues, technical problems, or other reasons, a printed version of the form will be available at Cuban airports. You may be asked to manually enter your travel details, including your Cuba eVisa code, before proceeding through immigration.
Completing the form online in advance is strongly recommended, as it speeds up entry and ensures you have your QR code ready to present.
Our Recommendation
Whenever possible, complete the form online before your trip and save the QR code on your phone or print it out. If you cannot, allow extra time at the airport to complete the paper form.
A Quick Tip
To avoid delays, try completing the D’VIAJEROS form from a different device or browser before traveling. If that isn’t possible, rest assured that the paper form will be available at the airport.
