Most Cuba eVisa applications are approved within a few business days, but delays can happen, and we’re here to help.
What You Need to Know
Typical government processing time is about 2 business days, but timing can vary based on government workload, public holidays, or if additional documents are needed. sherpa° monitors your application and will let you know if the government requests more information or when your status changes. If your application can only be submitted to the government a certain number of days before travel, we will submit it as soon as your travel date is close enough and email you when it is scheduled for submission and when it has been submitted.
Our Recommendation
Check your email inbox and spam folder for messages from sherpa°. Make sure you used the correct email address and that your passport details in the application match your passport exactly. If it has been more than 2 business days since submission to the government and you still have not received an update, please contact our support team using this form.
A Quick Tip
Apply early whenever possible. sherpa° can accept your application in advance and will time the submission so you’re covered, reducing stress from tight timelines.
