The D’VIAJEROS form is Cuba’s mandatory online declaration that all travelers must complete within 7 days of arrival to generate a QR code required for entry.
What You Need to Know
The D’VIAJEROS form, available at https://dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/inicio, collects essential travel and health information before you arrive in Cuba. Completing the form is required for all travelers, including children.
When filling it out, you must enter your Cuba eVisa code in the field labeled “Electronic Visa Number.” After submission, you’ll receive a QR code by email. This QR code can be shown on your mobile device or printed and must be presented to authorities upon arrival in Cuba.
If you cannot complete the form online due to lack of internet access, a paper version will be available at the airport. However, completing it in advance is strongly recommended to speed up the entry process.
Our Recommendation
Complete the D’VIAJEROS form online as early as possible within the 7-day window before your trip. Double-check that your eVisa code is entered correctly to avoid delays at the airport.
A Quick Tip
Save the QR code email on your phone and also print a copy to carry with your travel documents. This ensures you’re covered even if your phone battery runs out or internet access is limited.
