You can apply for your Brazil eVisa through sherpa° at any time before your trip, but your application must be submitted at least 20 days before your intended travel date.
What You Need to Know
With sherpa°, you can submit your application well in advance of travel. We’ll securely hold it and ensure it is passed to the Brazilian government at the right time based on your travel details. The government requires that your application be submitted no later than 5 business days before your departure. Applications submitted closer to travel than this may not be processed in time.
Our Recommendation
We suggest applying at least 3 to 4 weeks before your trip. This provides a buffer for possible delays, additional document requests, or busy processing periods. You can apply earlier if you like, and sherpa° will manage the timing of your application to ensure it stays valid.
