The Namibian government processes most eVOA applications within 48 hours. However, some applications may take longer depending on individual circumstances.

Please note that the eVOA must be issued before travel, as an approval letter alone is not sufficient for entry into Namibia.

Apply as early as possible before your trip to avoid unexpected delays. Customers must submit their application at least 2 days before departure, and applying one to two weeks in advance provides extra buffer time, especially during busy travel periods.
