Once a Cape Verde EASE application has been submitted, changes are generally not allowed. If you made a mistake, you may need to submit a new application.
What You Need to Know
The Cape Verde government does not allow edits to submitted EASE applications. If important details such as your name, passport number, or travel dates are incorrect, you will likely need to reapply. If you purchased Re-apply Protection with your original application, sherpa° will resubmit a new application for you at no extra charge. Timing is important, so please contact sherpa° immediately if you spot an error.
Our Recommendation
Review your application carefully before submission to minimize the chance of errors. If you realize a mistake after submission, notify sherpa° right away so we can guide you through the next steps.
A Quick Tip
Always double-check your personal details, passport information, and arrival date before submitting your application to help avoid delays or the need to reapply.
