Most EASE applications are processed on time, but delays can sometimes occur.
What You Need to Know
The Cape Verde EASE is typically processed within 7 business days. However, processing may take longer during busy travel periods, public holidays, or if the government requests additional information. sherpa° monitors your application and will notify you if further action is required. Since the EASE can only be submitted within a certain timeframe before arrival, your application will be submitted as soon as your travel date is close enough. You’ll receive a notification confirming when we schedule your submission and when it is submitted to the government.
Our Recommendation
Check your email inbox and spam folder for any messages about your application. Make sure the email address you provided is correct and matches your passport details. If it has been more than 7 business days since your application was submitted to the government and you still have not received an update, please contact our support team. You can create a ticket by logging in with your email and completing our ticket form here.
A Quick Tip
Apply well in advance of your trip to avoid unnecessary stress. sherpa° will securely hold your application and ensure it is submitted at the right time.
