A Cambodia eVisa is valid for entry at select international airports and land border checkpoints, but not all entry points.
What You Need to Know
Travelers holding a Cambodia eVisa can enter the country through these approved ports of entry:
- Airports: Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH), Siem Reap Angkor International Airport (SAI), Sihanoukville International Airport (KOS)
- Land Borders: Cham Yeam (Koh Kong), Poi Pet (Banteay Meanchey), Bavet (Svay Rieng), Tropaeng Kreal Border Post (Stung Treng).
The eVisa is not valid for entry through other land border crossings or river/sea ports. If you plan to enter Cambodia through a non-supported checkpoint, you’ll need to obtain a traditional visa from a Cambodian embassy or consulate.
Our Recommendation
Double-check that your intended port of entry is on the official list of approved eVisa checkpoints. This list is shown during the application process with sherpa°.
A Quick Tip
Please print out 2 copies of the eVisa certificate to carry with you; black and white copies are acceptable. Pass one copy to immigration as your travel Visa upon entry and one copy upon departure. You may be asked to present it alongside your passport during the immigration process.
