Most Aruba ED Card applications are approved quickly, but delays can sometimes happen.
What You Need to Know
Aruba ED Card processing is often completed within minutes to a few hours, but in some cases it may take longer due to high government application volumes, public holidays, or additional review requirements. Delays can also happen if information is missing or does not match your travel documents.
Applications for the Aruba ED Card can only be submitted within 7 days before arrival in Aruba. If you applied earlier through sherpa°, we will securely hold your application and submit it as soon as your travel date falls within the government’s submission window. You will receive notifications when your application is scheduled for submission and once it has been submitted to the government.
sherpa° monitors all applications and will notify you if additional information or action is required.
Our Recommendation
Check your email inbox and spam folder for updates about your application. Make sure the email address and passport details you provided are correct. If your application has already been submitted and you are still waiting within the normal processing timeframe, you can continue monitoring your status through sherpa°.
If it has been more than 24 hours since submission and you have not received an update, please contact support for assistance.
A Quick Tip
Applying early can help reduce stress before travel. sherpa° allows you to apply in advance and manages the submission timing based on Aruba’s application rules.
