You cannot extend a Seychelles eTA itself. The TeA is valid for one journey only and must be renewed for each additional journey. It expires once you exit the country.
What You Need to Know
A Seychelles eTA is valid for entry and a set length of stay, usually up to 90 days. If you wish to remain in the country longer, you must apply for a visitor permit extension at the Seychelles Department of Immigration before your authorized stay expires. Approval is at the discretion of immigration officials and may require proof of accommodation, sufficient funds, and a valid reason for the extension.
Our Recommendation
Start the extension process early to avoid overstaying, which can lead to fines or travel restrictions. Keep all required documents ready and ensure your passport will remain valid for the duration of your extended stay.
A Quick Tip
Mark your permitted departure date in your calendar so you have plenty of time to arrange an extension if you need one.
