The moment our customers submit their personal information for the processing of an eVisa application, sherpa° takes great responsibility for protecting this data. We never ask applicants for any personal information that is not absolutely necessary to get their eVisa approved.
In order to apply for an eVisa application, we need some personal information that is required by each relevant government. Therefore sherpa° never asks applicants for any personal information that is not absolutely necessary to get their eVisa approved. Sherpa° will not use this data for any purpose other than obtaining your eVisa, and only our Customer Operations staff has access to that data.
By default, an applicant's personal data go to our archive after about 90 days of the indicated "arrival date" In the application, and it can be removed at any time if requested.
When clicking 'apply,' some of the traveler's details are used in order to pre-populate the eVisa application form. This simplifies the process and avoids the need to enter the same information multiple times. Sherpa° does not have access to any of these details until payment is confirmed at check-out.
