Our Help Center is powered by Zendesk, our support platform. Sherpa° made user registration optional to make it easier and quicker for travelers to submit a request for support. However, we do recommend creating an account if you wish to:
- Submit tickets in your help center without being prompted to provide their email address
- Track their tickets in your help center
- Comment on articles in your help center, participate in community discussions, and more.
Furthermore, if you are a registered user, it helps make sure the support requests you submit are easily identified as legitimate and not as spam.
