You have received your approval email, and the approval details on the eVisa document are incorrect.
First, it's important to understand why your eVisa was approved with incorrect details. Most of the eVisa programs we offer have a fully automated process, and our system has safeguards in place to flag things like duplicated names or poor passport image quality. In those cases, a specialist will review applications to correct any errors.
Other eVisa programs do not require you to submit a copy of your passport, so we rely on the information provided by the traveler and use that exact same information to submit the application.
You can learn more about it by visiting our Terms & Conditions.
Second, it helps to categorize what's incorrect: if it's a phone number, home address or accommodation details, there's no need to worry or correct it, as this type of information will not cause you any issues. You can confirm the correct information if asked by an immigration officer on arrival.
Now, if any of the following information is incorrect, you will be required to submit a new application:
- full name
- passport number
- passport issue/expiry dates
- date of birth
- arrival date
- port of entry
📌 Please note that if you purchased our Reapply & Rejection Protection add-on with your original application, you are eligible for one free reapplication on us. To request it, please submit a request here.
